Chef Mike Vierhout is a bon vivant par excellence. Trained in classical French cuisine and with a great love for Asian flavours. Together with his sous chefs Chris van Breemen and Jessie de Rooij, he ensures that all dishes surprise time and time again. Mike started his career at Restaurant Vestdijk47 as an apprentice chef and returned in 2016 after a few detours. Old love never dies, and certainly not in Brabant.

By providing the right, sustainable basic ingredients and trusting Chris and Jessie with the creative freedom they need, a beautiful fusion of France and Asia is created on the plate. Modern fine dining in a cozy and hospitable setting with an excellent price-quality ratio.
